Cabal Anejo Horsehead is a tequila that is aged for 18 months. The tequila is made with local water and distilled twice through five tanks. It has a 40% ABV. The tequila has a rich amber color and a multi-layered palate of sweet oak, butterscotch, and vanilla. The horsehead decanter is a luxurious display.\n \n \n The word "cabal" comes from the Spanish word "caballero", which means gentleman. The horsehead is inspired by the Charreria and horse culture in Jalisco.\n \n \n Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant. It is typically 40%–60% alcohol by volume. Añejo tequilas are aged between 1–3 years in oak barrels. Extra Añejo tequilas are aged 3 years or more.
