Pata Negra Brut Reserva Cava is made from the highest quality grapes in the traditional method. A toasty nose with hints of green apples and citrus, lively and easy to drink. Structured with a clean, fresh persistent aftertaste. A great example of Cava. Great on its own and with seafood, caviar or sushi. Also a great match with light tapas.\n \n \n Bready aromas of pound cake are full but oxidized. This has a coarse, tight mouthfeel with very little richness, depth or leeway. Flavors of mustard and briny apple and citrus fruits finish firm and slightly bitter in flavor.\n \n Producer Information\n J. García Carrión is the largest winery (and second largest fruit juice producer) in Europe. Founded in 1890, it makes wine in ten different DO regions of Spain, including Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
