M. Chapoutier Hermitage Chante-Alouette is a wine made from 100% Marsanne grapes. It's a full-bodied wine with rich, nutty, spicy orchard fruit tones. \n The wine is aged for 10–12 months. It's brilliant and green gold in color, with a complex and subtle nose. Aromas include quince, walnut, honey, ginger, acacia, and a hint of linden-tree. \n The palate displays aromas of almond, and is very elegant and long. \n Chante-Alouette pairs well with poultry in sauces, white meats, goat's cheese, blue cheese, spicy dishes, and curry.
