Grochau Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc 2021 750 ML

Green apple on the nose up front. Limestone and chalk scents after tasting, with bright acid on the palate. A little sharp on it's own, needs some fatty cheese to tame the strident minerality. Clean and brisk but missing a little balancing fruit ripeness. Not malolactic on the palate, keeps lean and tart, with final herbal scents like chive blossom and lemon balm.
