Grapes for this wine are sourced from the finest blocks planted by the founders of Resonance Vineyard in Carlton and the adjacent Jolis Monts Vineyard developed by the Maison Louis Jadot team. Both vineyards share similar terroir with some of the oldest soils in the region composed predominantly of basalt rock. Founder's Blocks reunites these properties that were once part of a singular estate, blending select blocks from Resonance vineyard with the masssle plantings from Jolis Monts. This wine expresses the history of the land, the inspiration of the founders and the collaborative energy between Oregon and Burgundy as reflected in two reunited vineyards.
