The Underwood wines are produced in an approachable, easy-drinking style from various vineyards around Oregon. In 2013, the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris were released in 375mL cans to immediate success, and the range was expanded to include canned rosé and sparkling wine. Union Wine Co. produces two other wine ranges. The Kings Ridge are produced with fruit from the Willamette Valley, and includes a Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. Alchemist Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are Union Wine Co's top wines made from the company's best Willamette Valley fruit, from the Dundee Hills, Yamhill-Carlton, and Chehalem Mountain AVAs.
