A fun, elegant and dry-style sparkler from one of Spain’s preeminent family owned and operated Cava producers. A steady effervescence and a formation of small bubbles which generate a gentle crown. Fresh and fruity, this is a well- structured, balanced Cava that is extremley versatile. Fine and delicate with lightly toasted pastry notes, fresh and preserved fruit. The wine undergoes second fermentation in the bottle, per Cava DO laws; then aged on the lees in bottle for 12-15 months.
