Maeli Colli Euganei Fiori d'Arancio Moscato Giallo 750 ML

The Maeli winery was founded in 2011 and is located in the volcanic land of the Euganean Hills, the natural habitat of the native grapes that give rise to the famous Moscato Giallo. Fior d'Arancio Moscato Spumante by Maeli is of organic origin and produced from 100% Moscato Giallo grapes. Produced with cold maceration of the must, soft and light pressing, followed by sparkling wine production for approximately 6 months. At sight, the golden color is crossed by greenish streaks and made brighter by elegant, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, the intense aroma is released through floral notes of magnolia, jasmine, white rose and acacia, and the fruity notes of lemon, mandarin and white peach. In the mouth it is creamy, soft, well balanced with pleasant freshness and flavor. Of good structure, the finish continues on a trail of balsamic hints which makes it complex and rich in persistence. Perfect as an aperitif wine paired with appetizers or at the end of a meal with desserts, fruit tarts and small pastries.
