Blackberry, cassis and mocha flavors are backed by soft, silky tannins.\n \n Mozaik Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 12 months on American and French oak (30% new) for subtle oak notes and hints of fresh tarragon, cedar and mocha. The oak also creates a welcoming, soft tannin structure and a medium-bodied wine.\n \n Our Cabernet pairs well with an array of meat-focused dishes such as short ribs, steaks and burgers, as well as grilled lamb, brisket, stews and roasts. Also pairs well with salami and aged cheeses such as gouda and cheddar.
