Katsuyama Ken is a premium Junmai Ginjo sake produced in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. It is crafted from Yamada Nishiki sake rice polished to 50%, producing a gentle floral and fruity aroma, smooth texture and a harmonious balance of delicate sweetness, acidity and refined rice umami. The sake finishes clean, slightly dry and rounded, making it an excellent pairing for sushi, sashimi, seafood, white fish and lightly seasoned dishes.
