Jakob Schneider Riesling Niederhauser Kabinett Nahe 2022 750 ML

The Kabinett Riesling from the Niederhäuser Klamm from Jakob Schneider junior shimmers in a pale golden yellow. The nose offers hints of peach, orange zest, herbal spices and a classic porphyry style. Already beautifully melted on the lips, it has a creamy-mineral feel on the palate and is fruity and very finely crafted. Has a good balance, lots of extract and resonates longer in the finale. Due to the residual sweetness, it goes ideal with desserts, cakes and sweet dishes of all kinds, but also with strong braised sauerbraten and carp in beer sauce.
