The wine is crafted with organic and biodynamic fruit using 100% free-run juice. While Kurt loves being a cellar rat under the watchful eye of our winemaker Peter Work and his wife Rebecca of Ampelos Cellars, blending day is his favorite! During a long visit to the winery barrel tasting with Peter and Rebecca, Kurt carefully chooses the clones, their percentages and the oak profile for a Burgundian style Pinot that will be bottled. Kurt has a passion for Pinot Noir and calls himself a "Pinot-phille."
