It is crafted with 14 botanicals, including locally foraged apple blossom, Irish honey, elderflower and hawthorn blossom from the family orchards. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours before slow distillation with vapor infusion, creating a fresh, floral and citrus-driven gin with a smooth, balanced character.
