Citadelle Dry Gin is a premium gin that was originally developed in a Dunkirk distillery in the late 18th century, inspired by the herbs and spices brought back by explorers of the Orient. It is made from a base of wheat spirit and distilled with 19 different botanicals, including juniper, coriander, orange peel, nutmeg, cardamom, and violet1. It is aged for several months in French oak barrels before bottling. It has a brilliant amber color and a floral and citrusy aroma with hints of spice. It has a crisp and smooth palate with notes of juniper, mint, citrus, and baking spices, and a spicy and dry finish.
