Merlet Trois Citrus is a premium French citrus liqueur and Merlet’s interpretation of traditional triple sec. It combines bitter orange, blood orange, and lemon peels, which are separately macerated and largely distilled before blending. A restrained amount of sugar gives the liqueur a relatively dry, intense citrus profile suited to classic cocktails such as Margaritas, Sidecars, and Cosmopolitans.
