The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots, and brioche).A rich, full-bodied sparkler, Veuve Clicquot's Demi Sec has a higher dosage than the Yellow Label, and the result is a slightly sweet wine with ripe fruit and hints of brioche.
