Havenscourt NV California Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied wine with flavors of dark berries, oak spice, and soft tannins. It is made from grapes grown in the Sierra Foothills and northern and central San Joaquin Valley, which are known for their sandy loam soils that compare favorably to the Tuscany region of Italy. The wine is aged for 18 months in a combination of second and third year French and American oak barrels.Californian Cabernet Sauvignon is the go-to wine for most wine lovers in both the state and the country. It has been flourishing madly since the 1960s, although it was first cultivated in the 1800s. \n \n Californian Cabernet Sauvignon is dry and full-bodied, and displays the grape's signature green flavors like bell pepper, dark fruits like blackberrry, with touches of eucalyptus and mint.
