Usually well rounded with more refined flavor profiles along with fine integrated tannins.\n \n Producer Information\n Domaine de l’Olibet’s seventh generation custodian has 22 parcels of grapes which he uses to craft this collection of wines. Some are tiny – just 0.38 hectares while others may be up to 6 hectares. Many of these parcels carry their own name or lieu-dit such as L’Olibet, Les Gousses, Les Camps Long or Les Serres; the range we have chosen to list includes just two; Les Pujols and Saint Martin.
