This North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby color with aromas of blackberry, red and black currants. Once in your mouth, flavors of blackberries and ripe plum, with hints of roasted coffee, fill the mid-palate. Mocha and black pepper frame the finish and provide for a full-bodied and rich wine experience.\n \n Producer Information\n Sean Minor Wines is a California based wine producer. It makes a range of wines from classic Californian grape varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, from regions ranging from Sonoma and Napa Valley to Paso Robles. The brand was founded in 2005 by Sean Minor, with a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a Central Coast Chardonnay and a Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc. Today, the Sean Minor range offers a small collection of Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietal wines, as well as Nicole Marie, a blend of Merlot, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot. Sean Minor created the H. Mynors Zinfandel in homage to his ancestor, H. Mynor, who migrated to the US at the same time as the first vines were introduced to California. The grapes are harvested from several vineyard sites in Sonoma Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Amador County and Lodi. Following fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, a small portion of which are new.
