Semicolon Gewurztraminer Wachau 2019 is a white wine made in Austria's Wachau region. It is made by Nikolaihof, a new project by Niki Saahs and Katharina Salzgeber. The wine is aged for eight months in neutral wood without fining, stabilization, filtration, or sulfur addition. \n Semicolon Gewurztraminer Wachau 2019 has an ABV of 11% and is made from a 100% mash of wild yeast. It has aromas of blossom, lychee, and orange peel.
