In this hilly landscape we cultivate around 30 hectares of vineyards organically. We are one of the pioneers of organic farming because we have been cultivating our vines voluntarily according to organic guidelines since the 1990s and we have been practicing controlled organic farming since 2001. In doing so, we not only want to protect nature but also bring a piece of nature into the wine glass for consumers.
