The aging and blending process is more robust for Anejo, as the master blender must distinguish more subtle notes from barrels over 3 years old, with a wide range of complexity from each barrel. Our aging and blending process creates the rich and complex Cincoro taste profile, balancing the uniqueness of our agave profile, with time aging in specially selected barrels.
