As a result of the characteristics of the grapes and the conditions of the harvest, Pedro Ximenez, Spain, these wines are very special. It is the youngest of our wines, Wine Types, without it being cloying. The roots of Pedro Ximenez Tradicion VOS are to be found in a 19th century solera from Jerez.
