The vines for this Petit Chablis are located on a more calcareous Portlandian soil, thus giving a fruitier and more supple wine than Domaine Vincent Dampt's Chablis. It is an easy-drinking wine that is a very good introduction to wines from the estate.\n\nAromas of green apple and pear dominate on the nose with hints of dried herbs and wet stone. On the palate it is dry and crisp with plenty of minerality and citrus finishing floral. This Petit Chablis is soft, light and extremely refreshing.
