Valravn Zinfandel has been based on old, bush-pruned vines averaging 40 years old (some over 100) across the county’s best appellations. The core of the 2020 vintage is Zinfandel from the Russian River AVA with some Sonoma Valley and Knights Valley fruit. In addition, Valravn peppered in some Yorkville Highlands Petite Sirah and Chalone Grenache for complexity. Hand harvested, hand sorted, and gently destemmed before fermentation.
