Valle del Maule DO Erasmo Cabernet Merlot La Reserva de Caliboro 2009 is a premium Chilean red blend produced at La Reserva de Caliboro in the Maule Valley. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and a small portion of Syrah, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels before extended bottle maturation. It offers rich aromas of red and black fruits, vanilla, balsamic notes, tobacco, and spice, supported by velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish. Ideal with grilled red meats, lamb, stews, and aged cheeses.
