Shibui 30 Year Old Single Grain Japanese Whisky is an ultra-premium and exceptionally rare Japanese whisky crafted in Okinawa, Japan, at the Masahiro Distillery. Distilled from premium Indica rice using traditional Okinawan black koji fermentation, this whisky is aged for 30 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry, and virgin European white oak casks. The result is a remarkably smooth and layered spirit with elegant aromas of cinnamon, peaches and cream, Earl Grey tea, chocolate, and pecan. The palate reveals tropical fruit, banana, raw honey, bergamot, coconut, and soft spice leading into a long refined oak-driven finish.
