Gin Marconi is an Italian gin, artisanally distilled in small batches by Jacopo Poli with Crysopea, his own vacuum bain-marie pot still: a unique method of distillation that enables to obtain intense scents, clean taste, and a long-lasting aromatic persistence. In the nose it has an aroma of sun and sea, thanks to Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, and Mint; in the mouth, the Juniper gives depth and harmony; the retro-olfactory perceptions overlap like waves that caress the palate, with notes of Coriander, Cardamom, and Fennel.
