Panama-Pacific 9 Year Aged Rum is a rum from Panama that has been aged for nine years in ex-bourbon and rye whiskey casks. It has a golden amber color and aromas and flavors of candied ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, dried apricot, orange peel, marshmallow, snickerdoodle cookies, tobacco, and tonka bean. It has a round, dry medium body and a long finish. It is rated 94 points out of 100 and awarded a gold medal for being exceptional.
