Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is a triple distilled blended Irish whiskey produced in Cork, Ireland. It is made with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt, and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn't until 1913 that it changed its name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty.\n \n Paddy Old Irish Whiskey is known for its smooth and mellow flavor. It has a nose of fresh flowers, cereal grains, and fruit. The palate is sweet and medium-bodied with toffee, cereals, rosewater, butterscotch, and vanilla. The finish is spicy and dry with a little black pepper and oak.
