In 2011, Harald handed the reins over to his son Fabian, who studied at the Istituto Agrario San Michele all’Adige, Italy's most prestigious oeneological college. The property is situated on an old paved Roman road dating back to the Etruscan era. While oft-confused as a translation for "the magic," La Màgia's name is a derivation of ‘magione’ a Tuscan rendition of the French ‘maison,' though anyone looking down the valley directly below their vineyard is likely to experience the sheer magic of this hallowed place.
