Every part of our Distilling process is one of a kind and designed in house. Once distilled, our spirits are mixed with crystal clear Hawaiian spring water.Bridging the gap between old English and American craft gin styles, FID Street Gin is the first gin ever created on Maui and only the second in Hawai'i since prohibition. Crafted from 12 botanicals: lavender, orange rinds, orris, lemon rinds, fennel, juniper, grains of paradise, cardamom, coriander, cedar leaf, angelica, and Maui Gold pineapple.
