Made of 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon. The Espirit de Saint-Sulpice Bordeaux Blanc is marked by a complex aroma and flavor suggestive of limes, honeysuckle, mangoes, and pineapples. Carefully blended, the wine is dry yet full flavored, mineral and long on the finish. This delicious dry white can be served as an aperitif or as a perfect complement to shellfish, seafood, salads, and white meats.\n\nThe Chteau Saint-Sulpice estate is situated on 145 acres in the eponymous village in northern Entre-Deux-Mers, just south of St. Emilion and 14 miles northeast of the city of Bordeaux. The property is very carefully tended by owner-winemaker Pierre Duberg and his son Christophe.
