Adega A Barouta O Penedo Tinto 2021 is a distinctive single-vineyard red from Ribeiro in Galicia, Spain. Made from old-vine Caíño Longo and Brancellao grown on granite soils, it is fermented with 100% whole clusters and indigenous yeasts, then aged for approximately 16 months in 500-liter wooden barrels. The wine is fresh, mineral-driven, aromatic, and elegant, with notable natural acidity.
