Peter Michael L Esprit des Pavots 2016 is a luxurious Bordeaux-style red blend crafted from selected estate lots grown in the Les Pavots vineyard in Knights Valley and the Au Paradis vineyard in Oakville. Deep garnet-purple in color, it presents concentrated aromas of blueberry, blackberry, black cherry and plum, layered with chocolate, cedar, coffee, vanilla bean, leather, tobacco, black truffle and white pepper. The full-bodied palate is rich and beautifully structured, offering supple tannins, savory complexity and a long, lingering finish.
