Mullineux Old Vines White 2021 is a white wine blend from sustainably farmed vineyards in South Africa's Swartland region. The wine is made from grapes grown on vines that are up to 70 years old, and is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Semillon Gris, and Verdelho. The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed, fermented with indigenous yeast, and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels and a foudre.
