Centinela Anejo Tequila has a pale yellow color and intense aromas of floral, earth, fruit, vanilla, spice, butter, caramel, toffee, tobacco and alcohol. It has a medium mouthfeel and a low level of sweetness with minimal bitterness. It has flavors of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, cinnamon, orange peel, oak, apple, nutmeg, cedar, leather and grapefruit. It has a medium to long finish with oak, pepper, vanilla, cinnamon and a touch of bitterness.
