Xicala Reposado Mezcal Artesanal 100% Maguey Espadin is a type of mezcal that is produced in Oaxaca, Mexico from 100% espadin agave. It is cooked in an underground pit and then crushed with a tahona pulled by a mule. It is fermented in wooden barrels and then aged for 3 months in American oak and French Cognac barrels.
