Picked with 16% potential alcohol, due to very small, millerandage grapes with super-healthy berries but no botrytis at all, the 2015 Riesling Grand Cru Geisberg is very intense and concentrated on the precise, fresh and perfectly ripe nose, where bright and lemony fruit and crushed limestone aromas are displayed. Rich, round and concentrated, this is a warm, lush, piquant and well-structured Riesling with a fine tannin grip. Bottled with 20 grams of residual sugar, the 2015 will benefit with each deCade of bottle aging.
