Sugar Works Turnbull Bay Silver Rum is a light, bright rum with subtle hints of grass and white flour, and a delicate banana finish. It is made with 90% cane sugar and 10% molasses, and is distilled in a hybrid pot still. The rum is unaged, or aged for a very short period of time in steel tanks, which gives it its clear color and light flavor.
