Mata Vermouth Tinto Reserva is a Spanish red vermouth made from a wine base of Mencía and Godello grapes, macerated with herbs, roots, flowers, and spices for around 18 months. It is lightly fortified and finished with a touch of grape must, giving it a rich, bittersweet, aromatic style. Expect notes of ripe berries, cooked plum, herbs, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, warm spice, and a smooth herbal finish. Best served chilled, over ice, or in classic vermouth cocktails.
