The "Petrucci Anfiteatro" of the historic Tuscan winery Podere Forte is a pure Sangiovese of great elegance and charm.\n\nTo make this label the grapes are vinified with the sole use of indigenous yeasts while the refinement proceeds for at least 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle.\n\nThe color is intense ruby red, the aromas instead enchant the nose with notes of ripe red pulp fruit, sweet spices and hints of precious woods. The sip is soft, warm, enveloping, juicy and with a long finish.
