Grapes are sourced from many of the best growing regions in the Columbia Valley, including The Benches Vineyard, Red Mountain, Walla Walla, and Wahluke Slope. Today, Long Shadows Vintners’ Director of Winemaking and Vitculture, Gilles Nicault, oversees the team of winemakers dedicated to crafting the Nine Hats wines.
