Aromas and flavors of baked yellow apples, cream, jasmine and pear, and lemon curd with a round, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, charming, medium-length finish displaying impressions of baked orchard fruit, lemon curd, and white flowers with no oak flavor. Ripe fruit, rich MLF, and no oak; this wine is interesting and fun as well as a great bottle to taste academically.
