Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis 2021 is a medium-bodied, 13% ABV Chardonnay wine from Chablis, Burgundy, France. It's made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in clay and limestone soils in Chablis, La Chapelle, and Beines. The wine is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It has aromas of lemon zest, lemon blossom, crushed oyster shells, and light spice. Some say it has a bright, lifted citrus and green fruit on the nose, while others describe it as fresh with a sea breeze. It's also said to be concentrated and balanced with good acidity.
