Cabrillo Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2020 750 ML

A bit young, but it shows potential. Dark ruby color with a nose of blackberry, cherry, blueberry, and vanilla. The drink resonates with flavors of black cherry, blackberry, plum, vanilla, and baking spices on a French oak finish. Paired this with Mexican food and it went well. This will also pair well with savory chicken dishes, and of course, steak.
Silky and wonderfully balanced, perfectly balanced. Wet start and slightly dry finish. Raisins, cloves, and cinnamon at the finish. This wine is just wonderful.
