Straw-yellow colour. A surprising freshness meets with intense aromas, typical of Collio. The bouquet opens with notes of lemon peel, lime, yellow roses and jasmine, and then evolves elegantly with suave, enveloping sensations of freshly baked bread, ripe apple and butter biscuits. In the mouth, a great structure is immediately apparent. The acidity of the Chardonnay gives the taste the right amount of fragrance, the Friulano contributes its lovely softness, while the Malvasia closes with its marked savouriness. Together they create a taste-olfactory sensation of great class and originality, fully expressing the great qualitative qualities of the Collio territory.\n\nHarvesting is by hand in 18 kg crates and involves several passages through the vineyard. For this particular wine, the selection of grapes in the vineyard is pushed to the extreme to ensure a raw material of the highest quality. The grape yield is approximately 1 kilo per plant. This is followed by a second selection in the cellar before vinification. Some grapes, once introduced into the cellar, are subjected to cryomaceration for a few hours; this is followed by soft pressing. The grapes were vinified separately, partly in steel and partly in barriques. The wines were then aged in steel or barrique or in large wooden barrels for a few months. The wines were blended to form the Collio Bianco blend and left to rest for a few months in steel and then bottled; at least 9 months in bottle before release.\n\n
